As well as offering instrumental tuition to over three thousand pupils in the district we are committed to providing the highest quality training for teachers and assistants led by experienced and dynamic trainers.
Workshops
We run exciting and practical music workshops for both primary and secondary pupils on a wide range of topics including Junk percussion, African drumming, Samba, Rhythm and Rhyme, China, Nursery Rhymes, Music and Art, Aboriginal Music, Space and many more. These workshops are held in school for a half or full day depending on school requirements.
We are also happy to design a workshop to fit just about any topic!
If any course or workshop is held at Manygates Music Centre, room hire and refreshments are added to the fee.

Bespoke Courses
We are able to offer an ever increasing number of wide-ranging bespoke music courses for staff that can be held either in the host school or at Manygates Music Centre. Many schools are finding that this is a more economical and effective way of delivering training. Courses include:

The cost of a full day workshop/course is £500 and half a day is £250. If any course or workshop is held at Manygates Music Centre then there will be an additional cost for room hire and refreshments.
