It was an honour to sing Billie's song. I think it is really inspirational that her family have found the courage to create something positive from such a tragedy. Both the lyrics and the music are beautiful and I believe they truly capture the meaning of Billie's life - this is all due to Geraldine Gaunt and Ian Clayton. What they have made is really special.
The actual concert was a great success, the audience were so supportive and I'm proud to have been involved. I think that it was wonderful that the song was shown on Calendar, that was exciting as it was
the choirs first TV appearance. Finally meeting the family was really emotional but I'm pleased that I could have been a part of this celebration Billie's life.
