18/08/2005 - The incongruity of setting!  Would you expect to see a major oil terminal in this beautiful and tectonically unstable location?  The Exxon Valdez oil spill has left  lasting images in my memory.  Apparently much of the oil still remains along the coast, though nature in her inimitable way is  doing much to repair the damage and vegetation is growing over layers of deposited oil.
