q-Skagway

12/08/2005 - Skagway, a small reconstructed 19th century town done up for the cruise ships.  A very attractive landscape with mountains rising up steeply from the valley floor.  We enjoy our late afternoon walk out of the town watching salmon struggling to make their way up the tiny stream.  Our walk takes us past the workshops for the Whitehorse railroad and we make our way along a trail marked the Goldrush Cemetery.
