| Wheldon Infant School has been taking part in the Changing Places Project in Castleford and Airedale. The project was given a small Geographical Association/ DfES bursary to support the formation of a local network of primary geography co-ordinators. The Foundation Stage teacher from the school attended the meetings and decided to focus her geography on the area where her children live. This aspect of work linked to the making of the Channel 4 TV programme `The Castleford Project'. The three and four year old children in the class recorded their observations as drawings.
